Preparation of the financing file and submission to ANAH
ECAIR validates the conformity and completeness of the file before submission in order to obtain rapid validation from Anah. For eligible households, it is possible to request an advance of assistance from Anah, which will be paid to you immediately.
Once the work is completed, ECAIR carries out an inspection and pays you in 5 days
In 5 days, you receive the payment of the aid minus the ECAIR commission, as well as a security deposit of 10%.
ECAIR collects the aid from Anah and then returns the security deposit to you
Once the subsidy has been paid by Anah, ECAIR returns the full amount of the security deposit to you, without commission.
